CSRP was founded by a classic Mustang enthusiast in 2004. We realized the need for a replacement for the obsolete front drum brake system on classic Ford Mustang/Falcon/Fairlane/Cougar and their variants. We believe that this need could be met using the basic, safe, and reliable front disc brake system which were optional original equipment on 65-66 Mustang as well as the system used with 70's Ford Maverick/Granada series. To assure a reliable supply of parts we undertook the manufacturing of the steering knuckle and caliper bracket assemblies essential to these systems. We made these high strength alloy steel parts available. Complete brake system parts soon followed. CSRP has evolved from there to offer many kit types for our Mustang/Falcon/Cougar/Fairlane and cousin vehicles. Please see our catalog for a listing of these and our other products.

TERMS OF SALE

TERMS
BY PURCHASING FROM US, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. No other terms shall apply except as agreed in writing signed by us. We reserve the right to correct typographic errors and reject orders.

PRICES; PAYMENT
Prices, title and risk of loss are F.O.B. our warehouse. Prices don't include taxes on shipment and may be changed without notice. Payment due prior to shipment. PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express accepted for net invoice amount. Credit card arrangements subject to change. All sales are final.

RETURNS
If shipment appears damaged, don't accept freight unless damage is marked on bill by carrier.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Our only warranty obligation is to replace any item proved defective in material or workmanship. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED.

LIABILITY

1 Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty
Classic Services Restoration Parts (CSRP, llc) warrants to the original purchaser that all products of our manufacture are free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use, driving conditions and service for the period of one (1) year. CSRP llc parts used in race applications - such as rotors and brake pads - and improperly installed components are not warranted. Components which are purchased from other suppliers and resold by CSRP, llc shall conform to the Warranty policy of that supplier.
Our obligation under this Warranty is limited to making good at our factory any part which shall be returned to us, freight prepaid, and which our examination shall disclose to our satisfaction to have been defective when shipped, our obligation being limited to the repair or exchange of any part or parts which may thus prove defective. Our Warranty does not cover any costs for installation, re-installation, or removal of any warranted product. A return authorization number and a copy of the original invoice are required prior to returning merchandise. Unauthorized return voids the Warranty. We assume no liability for incidental or consequential damages including the cost of diagnosis, cost of replacement parts or installation labor, loss of vehicle use, loss of time, inconvenience or any other expenses.
The foregoing Warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties (whether written, oral or implied) including Warranty of merchantability in other respects than expressly set forth above and Warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and of all other obligations or liabilities on our part. We neither assume nor authorize any other person or entity to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our products. This Warranty shall not apply to our products or any part thereof which have been subject to accident, negligence, alteration, abuse, misuse or disassembly. We make no Warranty whatsoever in respect to accessories, labor or parts not supplied by us. The term "Original Purchaser" as used in this Warranty shall be deemed to mean that customer to whom the product was originally sold. There are no warranties which extend beyond the face of the product hereof.
